Healing through art.

It has been some time since I’ve blogged from my website and I apologize for that. I will make an effort from here forward to blog about events that are taking place in the calligraphic world. As of this moment I am on a personal artistic journey chronicling my healing journey from spinal surgery. I had surgery at the beginning of May to repair several issues that were effecting my back, which effected many things. I called this my samadhi summer, for the physical limitations that I had were quite extensive and about the only things I could do was walk and meditate. I also did artwork and I’m in the process of doing pages that I will turn into my book of healing. As I finish the pages I’ll put them up in a blog.

For now this weekend I will be helping Kaz as he does a demo and class at the Berkeley Museum. There is also from what I hear a wonderful exhibit called: Meditation in Motion. I’ll see it Sunday and let you know.
